- Time - A user has up to 2 days after placing an order to request a FULL refund BEFORE the order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped the user has 7 days to request a Partial Refund (A stocking fee applies).
- Method of refund - To the same form of payment used.
- Product condition - Item must be new in box/unopened in order to return.
- Refund contact info - You can call or Text 1-800-605-9537 to initiate a refund.
- Charges - A user will not be charged any fees if the order has not been shipped yet.
- Shipping Charges cannot be refunded once the item has been sent.
- Once the order has been sent, the user needs to pay for return shipping and a 60% restocking fee
- (Example: $25 dollar candle partial refund would be $10 after the user sends the item back and pays for shipping themselves)
- If the user wants to return the item for store credit there will be no restocking fee. However, the user will be responsible for shipping back the item + a new shipping charge (exact amount varies by weight) for the new item(s) being sent.
